About our services
What's actually included in the Lead Fix — and what isn't?
The Lead Fix covers the things that cause potential clients to leave your site without contacting you: hard-to-find phone numbers and contact forms, slow page load on mobile, broken or over-complicated booking forms, and missing call tracking so you know where your leads are coming from. It also includes a full Google Business Profile audit and optimization — filling in every incomplete section, verifying your information is consistent, and getting your profile actively working for you. What it doesn't include is a full redesign, new copywriting, or ongoing updates after delivery — that's what the Care plan is for.
How does the monthly Website Care plan work?
Each month we run security and software updates, check that your site is loading correctly, and handle small edits — things like updating hours, swapping a photo, adding a staff member, or tweaking a paragraph of text. Larger changes that take more than an hour or require new design work fall outside the plan and we'll quote those separately. There's no guessing — if something's out of scope, we'll tell you before doing it.
How long does it take to see more bookings after a Lead Fix?
Most clients start seeing improvement within the first few weeks — faster load times and a cleaner contact path make a difference quickly. That said, the Lead Fix doesn't bring new traffic to your site; it makes better use of the traffic you're already getting. If your site has very few visitors to begin with, you'll want to pair it with something that grows your reach.
Do I need to sign a contract or commit to anything long-term?
The Lead Fix and Bundle are one-time projects — no ongoing commitment. The Website Care plan and AI Search Visibility are month-to-month; you can cancel anytime. We don't do annual lock-ins.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We focus on local service businesses — medspas, law firms, accounting practices, real estate professionals, and similar owner-operated businesses that rely on a phone call or form submission to get a new client. We're not the right fit for e-commerce stores, large multi-location franchises, or businesses that primarily sell nationally. If you're not sure whether we're a match, the free audit will make that clear.
About AI Search Visibility
What does "AI Search Visibility" actually mean?
When someone types "best medspa in Fort Lauderdale" or "who's a good estate attorney near me" into ChatGPT, Claude, or Google's AI summary, those tools pull answers from across the web — and they name specific businesses. AI Search Visibility is the work of making sure your business is one of the ones they name.
Why does this matter right now?
A growing share of people — especially for service-based decisions — are skipping the Google results list entirely and asking an AI assistant directly. The businesses showing up in those answers aren't necessarily the ones with the most reviews or the biggest ad budgets; they're the ones whose websites give AI systems clear, structured information to work with. Most local businesses haven't done this work yet, which means there's a real window right now to get ahead of it.
How does it actually work?
We add structured data markup to your pages so AI systems can read and understand your business accurately, publish FAQ-style content written specifically to answer the questions your prospects are asking, and track monthly whether your business is appearing in AI-generated recommendations for relevant searches. It's not a one-time fix — it's ongoing work that compounds over time.
How long until I start showing up in AI search results?
We complete our technical and content work within the first week of signup — the structured data, the FAQ content, the foundational setup. After that, it's up to the AI systems to crawl, process, and incorporate it, which takes months and isn't something anyone can control or accelerate. Expect meaningful results in the 3–6 month range, with compounding improvement from there. The businesses doing this work today will be well ahead of those who start later.
What's the difference between this and regular SEO?
Traditional SEO is about ranking in Google's blue-link results — it depends heavily on backlinks, keyword density, and factors that took years to build. AI Search Visibility is about how AI systems understand and represent your business when answering a question. The signals are different: structured data, clear factual content, and consistency across your web presence. They overlap in some ways, but AI search doesn't just reward whoever has the most domain authority.
Can a small local business actually compete with bigger companies in AI search?
Yes — and this is one of the places where being small and local is actually an advantage. AI systems are trying to answer specific questions for specific people, and "best medspa in Boca Raton" is a narrow enough query that a well-optimized local business can absolutely outperform a national chain. The bigger opportunity is that almost no local businesses are doing this work yet. If you start now, you're building a lead that will be very hard for later entrants to close.
Working with us
How does an engagement start?
We start with a free audit of your website — no call required, though we're happy to talk if you want to. The audit looks at the specific things holding your site back from converting visitors into leads, and we send you a written summary of what we found. From there, you decide whether to engage us or take the findings and act on them yourself. There's no pressure either way.
What does the free audit actually cover?
We look at mobile performance, contact and booking flow, form functionality, call tracking setup, and whether your site gives AI search systems enough structured information to understand and cite your business. You get a clear summary — specific issues, not vague recommendations — whether you hire us or not.
Can you work on a site that someone else built?
Yes. Most of the sites we work on were built by someone else — a previous agency, a freelancer, or a platform tied to a specific industry. As long as we have the access we need to make changes, the history doesn't matter. If there are technical limitations that affect what we can do, we'll tell you before we start.
Do you work on our Google Business Profile too, or just the website?
Both — and we treat GBP as a core part of the work, not an add-on. With every Lead Fix, we run a full audit of your existing profile, fill in every incomplete section (services, hours, photos, descriptions, attributes, business categories), respond to any unanswered reviews, verify that your name, address, and phone number match exactly between your profile and your website, and set up a Google Business Profile Posts cadence. On the AI Search Visibility plan, we continue that work monthly — new photos, updated posts, review monitoring, and tracking how your profile performs in local search and AI recommendations.
Why is Google Business Profile so important for local businesses?
Roughly half of local-intent searches end on Google Business Profile — not on a website. Someone searches "medspa near me," sees your profile, and calls directly from there without ever visiting your site. If your profile is incomplete, has wrong hours, or hasn't been touched in months, you're quietly losing clients who otherwise would have called. A fully built-out, actively maintained profile is one of the highest-return things a local service business can do.
What does Google Business Profile have to do with AI search?
GBP is one of the primary sources AI tools draw from when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity to recommend a local business. When a patient asks "who's a good medspa in Boca Raton," those tools are pulling structured data from across the web — and a complete, consistent Google Business Profile is near the top of that stack. An incomplete or outdated profile doesn't just hurt your Google ranking; it reduces the likelihood that AI tools will name you at all.
What if I already have a Google Business Profile set up?
Most businesses do — and most of those profiles are partially set up, which is almost as bad as none at all. When we audit a profile, we're looking at whether every category, service, attribute, and photo slot is filled in correctly, whether the NAP information matches your website exactly, whether there are unanswered reviews, and whether the profile is being actively maintained with posts and updates. If yours is already complete and current, we'll tell you — and that's a good thing. But in practice, there's almost always meaningful work to do.
Who actually does the work?
We do. This is a small, hands-on team operating under World Wide Data LLC, which has been building web infrastructure and software systems for over 20 years. We don't wholesale your project out to an overseas contractor or a white-label agency. When you email us, you're talking to the people doing the work.
How long do projects take?
A Lead Fix typically takes 5–7 business days from the time we have access to your site. The Bundle is the same project scope, so same timeline. AI Search Visibility work begins within a week of signup, with the first round of structured data and content updates delivered in that same window.
Do you ever take rush projects?
We'll try. If you have a specific deadline — a launch, an event, a situation where timing matters — tell us upfront and we'll let you know honestly whether we can hit it. We don't guarantee rush delivery, but we don't turn down the conversation either.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us immediately. For project work, we'll fix what's wrong at no charge — we'd rather spend the time to get it right than lose a client over something correctable. We don't offer blanket refunds on completed work, but we've never had to have that conversation because we don't disappear after delivery.
Just ask. We'll get back to you the same day.
